As you know my dears, I am highly motivated to build something amazing with you. I get shit done and I clean up after myself. I am entrepreneurial and self directed because of a strong inner compass.
And yet, I need your help.
I’ve finally been able to balance truly working for myself in a way that serve missions I can put my heart into. Recently, I have been successful in borrowing my client’s social capital. What has gone hand in hand with their status, is their lofty initiatives. These initiates have focused on social change even over profit. This has led me to trade my values for financial security. In other words, I have sacrificed some financially security as a result of choosing values aligned work. Now it is time I bring this trade off into a new balance.
You are among my most trusted colleagues. You are each brilliant, ambitious, and serve extraordinary causes. Yet, I know each one of you yearns to contribute more -- to have greater impacts, to be more effective in your service to the cosmos.
I’d like you to consider further uniting an aspect of your professional development with my own to design a product and/or service for profit. Nathan and I have begun to uncover ‘the space between us’ with this aim in mind. We’d like to open further with your help.
